Welcome to JF Store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you order.

1. About Us
JF Store sells artificial jewellery, hair accessories and kids accessories for girls, women and kids. Our products are not real gold or real silver and are not plated.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or order with a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

3. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens and in different lighting. Before ordering, you can ask us for real photos, a WhatsApp video or a live WhatsApp video call of the product.

4. Prices

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We may change prices and offers at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and inform you.

We accept payments within Pakistan by:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) through our secure online payment gateway

We do not store your card details on our servers.

7. Delivery

  • We deliver within Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can contact you.

8. Delivery Address
Please give a complete and correct address, including house number, block number, street number or a nearest well-known landmark. Orders with an incomplete or incorrect address may be delayed or cancelled. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong details.

9. Cash on Delivery Orders
Please accept your COD parcel and pay the courier at delivery. If you refuse a COD parcel without a valid reason, we may decline your future COD orders.

10. No Refund, Return or Exchange
We follow a strict no refund, no return and no exchange policy. We show real photos and videos before you order, so you can check the product first.

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.
  • Our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains the narrow exceptions (wrong item or damage in delivery) and how to cancel before dispatch.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders or details, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

All photos, text, logos and designs on our website belong to JF Store. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, JF Store is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using our website or products, or for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version on this page applies to your use of the website and to new orders.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
