Have a question about a design before you order? Ask us about availability, design details, color options, size or finish. Send us the product name, the product link or a screenshot.

See It Before You Order
Ask us for a real photo, a WhatsApp video or a live WhatsApp video call of any product before you place your order.

Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan only. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Every order is confirmed by phone call before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.

Refunds, Returns and Order Issues
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges after an order is confirmed, because we show real photos and videos before you order. If you receive a wrong item or a damaged parcel, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a parcel opening video. Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy before ordering.
