Delivery & Shipping

Delivery charges: PKR 200.

Free shipping: orders of PKR 1,500 or more.

Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, within Pakistan only.

Payment Help

We accept Cash on Delivery, card payments (Visa and Mastercard), bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Before sending money by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, ask us to confirm the account details on our official channels.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a parcel opening video. We recommend recording a video whenever you open a parcel.
